Senior Business & Project Management Manager Recruitment (Hong Kong Local)

• Core Responsibilities

1.Project Management: Conduct professional evaluation, feasibility analysis and risk early warning on designated mining areas; participate in designing mining investment cooperation schemes and risk control mechanisms to ensure the scientific advancement and implementation of projects.

2.Operation Coordination: Coordinate with government authorities, partners, suppliers and other project stakeholders to ensure the full-process compliant operation of mining business; monitor project costs and progress in real time, and compile and submit operation analysis reports on a regular basis.

3.Investment & Financing Connection: Assist in introducing domestic and overseas strategic investors and financiers; lead business negotiations in the mining field, and be responsible for the drafting, review and implementation of core commercial terms.

4.Business Representation: Represent the company in business negotiations in Hong Kong, South America, Australia and other regions; plan and accompany senior management to attend international mining conferences, cross-border business trips and important business events.

5.Special Assignments: Efficiently complete temporary special tasks in the mining field assigned by the company, and cooperate with the team to achieve business goals.

• Job Requirements

1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, priority will be given to majors such as Project Management, Financial Investment, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Economics, etc.

2.Work Experience: More than 10 years of relevant work experience in project management, investment & financing, or mining/energy business; priority will be given to candidates with cross-border work experience in the mining and financial energy sectors in Hong Kong China, South America and Australia, and those with many years of mining and geological work experience.

3.Core Competencies

Familiar with Hong Kong and cross-border business compliance requirements, with practical experience in feasibility analysis or risk management and control related to mining area evaluation and geological survey, and have a keen insight into the development trend of the mining/energy industry.

Excellent bilingual communication and negotiation skills in Chinese and English, priority will be given to candidates proficient in Spanish; capable of independently leading cross-departmental and cross-regional business connection and negotiation.

Rich experience in integrating investment and financing resources, proficient in drafting commercial terms, contract management and the whole life cycle operation management of projects.

Other Requirements: Hold a Hong Kong Identity Card and be able to undertake short and long-term business trips to Hong Kong China, Chile, Australia and other regions; priority will be given to candidates with a Chilean visa; possess a strong sense of responsibility, pressure resistance and team spirit.

• 任職資格

2.工作經歷：8年以上海外能源礦產投資經驗，熟悉礦山開發運營全流程，國際投行/PE/VC或大型礦業集團背景優先。

3.核心技能：英語流利（西語/法語等加分），具備跨文化溝通、談判及資源整合能力。

4.其他要求：認同多元協作理念，注重工作中系統功能可用性，業績導向，能高效推進項目落地。

5.資格認證：相關行業專業資格認證者優先。
