Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Electrical System Design: Based on project requirements, independently complete electrical schematic design, PLC programming, and HMI interface development to ensure stable and reliable operation of the electrical system. Plan electrical wiring schemes rationally, draw detailed electrical drawings, and provide accurate guidance for equipment installation and commissioning. Responsible for development, commissioning and maintenance of cross-device communication for on-site AB PLC systems.
- Equipment Selection and Procurement: Responsible for the selection of electrical equipment and components, comprehensively considering factors such as performance, cost, and reliability, screening and purchasing high-quality suppliers. Strictly control equipment quality and participate in incoming inspection to ensure that equipment meets design requirements.
- Project Implementation and Commissioning: Lead the on-site implementation of electrical engineering projects and coordinate the installation team to complete equipment installation and wiring. Perform comprehensive commissioning of the electrical system, promptly identify and resolve any issues that arise during commissioning, and ensure on-time project delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance and Optimization: Establish a comprehensive electrical equipment maintenance plan, regularly inspect and maintain equipment, and promptly address equipment failures to ensure normal production operations. Analyze equipment operating data and propose optimization and improvement plans to improve equipment efficiency and stability. 5. Technical Support and Collaboration: Provide professional electrical technical support to production, after-sales, and other departments, answer technical questions, and assist in resolving on-site technical difficulties. Collaborate closely with mechanical and software teams to complete cross-departmental projects, ensuring smooth integration of all project components.
- Technical Document Management: Prepare detailed electrical technical documentation, including design plans, operating manuals, and maintenance guides, and categorize and archive technical materials for easy reference and legacy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Requirements: Associate degree or above in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, mechatronics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC applications. Proficient in on-site electrical design and maintenance.
- Professional Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drawing software.
Professional Skills: Proficiency in electrical control principles, PLC programming (such as those from mainstream brands like AB, Siemens, and Mitsubishi), and inverter and servo system application technology. Proficiency in electrical drawing software such as AutoCAD and EPLAN, enabling accurate drawing of electrical drawings. Familiar with electrical safety regulations and possess solid expertise in power electronics, motor drive, and other related fields.
- Problem-solving Skills: Possess strong fault diagnosis and analysis skills, able to quickly locate electrical system faults and propose effective solutions. Able to calmly respond to and efficiently handle unexpected technical issues.
- Teamwork: Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be able to collaborate closely with personnel from different departments and disciplines to advance project progress.
