Job Title: Sales Consultant/BDM/Account Manager – AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation Solutions to the BFSI Vertical

Location: United States

Experience: 8-15+ years

Budget: 120-130K Base

Job Brief

We are looking for a smart and driven Sales Leader/Account Manager to grow our AI and Data, cybersecurity and Digital transformation solutions within the

BFSI vertical

.

In this role, you will work closely with

Banks, NBFCs, Insurance companies, and Financial Institutions

to help them use AI and data for better decision-making, risk management, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

You will engage with senior leaders such as

CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and Business Heads

to identify challenges and offer tailored AI-led solutions.

If you have strong experience in BFSI sales and have experience in closing large, strategic deals, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of

AI, Data, and Analytics solutions

specifically for BFSI clients

  • Build and grow relationships with

banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies

  • Engage with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Risk Heads
  • Identify opportunities in areas like:
  • Fraud detection and prevention
  • Risk and compliance analytics
  • Customer analytics and personalisation
  • Credit scoring and underwriting
  • Regulatory reporting and automation
  • Understand client business challenges and propose tailored AI/data solutions
  • Develop strategic partnerships within the BFSI ecosystem
  • Work with internal technical and delivery teams to design solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and deal tracking using CRM tools
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles and close large, multi-year deals
  • Stay updated on BFSI trends, regulations, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • Prefer candidates with prior work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–15+ years of experience in

BFSI sales, consulting, or partnerships

  • Strong experience in selling AI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation solutions

to BFSI clients

  • Good understanding of:
  • Banking and financial services processes
  • Risk, compliance, and regulatory environments
  • Data platforms, AI/ML use cases, and cloud technologies
  • Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
