About the role: 

As an Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships at Pacvue, you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts across a portfolio of European agency clients, primarily independent Amazon and ecommerce agencies with growing exposure to enterprise-level retailers such as Amazon and other regional platforms. This role will involve working closely with internal team members and client stakeholders across multiple European markets to help execute partnership plans, ensuring clients achieve success through our platform while supporting overall revenue goals for Pacvue. 

You will be expected to leverage your analytical skills, communication abilities, and insights to assist with client outcomes and support ongoing account activities in a dynamic, fast-growing international environment. 

Responsibilities: 

Client Relationship Management: 

Serve as a supporting point of contact for assigned clients, assisting in maintaining strong relationships across markets and cultures. 

Support partnerships that contribute to client success and regional revenue goals. 

Act as a resource to clients, providing guidance and responding to inquiries related to eCommerce best practices, platform usage, and regional marketplace nuances. 

Strategic Planning & Consultation: 

Assist in reviewing client data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement, leveraging Pacvue's platform to support recommendations provided by senior team members. 

Participate in internal and client meetings across European regions, taking notes and supporting follow-ups on action items related to eCommerce strategies. 

Identify areas for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, documenting opportunities and sharing with senior team members. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

Work with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to support client requests and ensure timely service delivery across European markets. 

Coordinate with senior team members to help align client objectives with Pacvue’s product offerings and regional market needs. 

Performance & Reporting: 

Track and report on client performance, supporting analysis through data gathering and basic insights across multiple marketplaces. 

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client success, flagging any performance changes to senior team members. 

Client Advocacy & Growth: 

Support client success within Pacvue by helping address client needs and escalating issues when appropriate. 

Assist clients in utilizing Pacvue’s tools and technology to enhance their eCommerce advertising results across European platforms. 

Drive renewal and expansion efforts  

Skills & Qualifications: 

1–2+ years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting role. 

Exposure to client-facing work or customer support environments is preferred. 

Experience supporting team goals or contributing to client deliverables. 

Comfortable working with data and developing analytical skills. 

Clear written and verbal communication skills; additional European language skills (e.g., French or German) are a plus. 

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across regions. 

A willingness to learn and develop skills in client management and eCommerce strategy within international markets. 

Comfortable with change and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment. 

Fluent German and English.
