Salary $90,000 - $100,000 (some stretch may be open for review)

Bonus: TBD

This role reports to the US VP of Ops & Finance while working independently in the local office, oversees one staff and collaborates closely with the International HQ. The ideal candidate is hands-on and well balanced in Accounting and Financial reporting, and ready to join a driven culture during an exciting time of business growth plans. Experience reporting to an Int’l HQ is a big plus.

Overview of Job duties:

• Oversight of AP and critical payments for US time zone; review of AR aging and cashflow
• Entries, allocations and maintenance of General Ledger
• Bank and account reconciliations; Balance sheet/income statement review
• Preparation of Financial statements
• Monthly financial close processes and providing critical data to HQ
• Reviewing budget vs actual, providing explanations on variances
• Financial reporting on cash flow, P&L and other ad hoc
• Collaborates with Supply Chain and on discrepancies with various costs, freight charges reconciliations of inventory or related
• Support with Audit and Tax documentation with external firms
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with US GAAP
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Use of Dynamics and Excel
