Join us as an Acquisition Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in evaluating and executing multifamily investments through financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence. You’ll partner closely with our investment team, gaining hands-on experience across the full acquisition lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions
- Conduct market research, including rent/sales comps and economic trends
- Support due diligence, including property tours and document review
- Prepare investment materials and presentations
- Track deal flow and maintain pipeline reporting
- Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams
- Assist with transaction structuring and cash flow projections
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and effectively whilst working remote and traveling
