In this role, you are expected to deploy automation solutions while applying project management principles to oversee activities within the service unit. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, documenting crucial progress through Kan Ban and Jira, and ensuring quality outputs through meticulous attention to detail. This position combines technical acumen with leadership to foster a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automation activities and project schedules

• Develop liquid handling automated protocols in Soft Max Pro

• Facilitate effective communication through tracking systems

• Optimize resource usage and throughput in lab workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for automation best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years in laboratory automation along with Hamilton experience

• Advanced knowledge of robotics or mechanical engineering

• Relevant Master’s degree preferred

• Experience in data management systems

• Excellent communicator and leader with analytical skills
