- Develop prescriptive frameworks and optimization models to recommend specific data-driven actions for ROI maximization.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to support research and long-term operational initiatives.
- Extract, clean, and architect large-scale datasets from disparate sources (APIs, SQL databases, and logs).
- Design and implement analytical workflows using AI-assisted coding practices to increase efficiency and code reliability.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across all high-stakes modeling outputs.
- Create clear, compelling dashboards in Tableau or Power BI that visualize “what-if” scenarios and forecasted paths.
- Translate complex algorithmic findings into concise, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Refactor existing reports and data models to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Implement data validation and anomaly detection frameworks to maintain the “gold standard” of reporting.
- Apply “shift-left” quality principles to data workflows to ensure security and precision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical programming using Python or R.
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Git Hub Copilot) to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Experience with Star Schema design and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Looker.
- Exposure to telecom, VoIP, or SaaS data environments is a significant plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunity to lead high‑impact, forward‑looking analytical projects.
- A collaborative environment that values technical excellence and innovative problem‑solving.
- Career growth and continuous learning in the evolving fields of AI and Advanced Analytics.
