Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leading innovator in advanced manufacturing technologies, is looking for a highly skilled Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their cutting-edge facility in Houston, Texas, US . This role is critical for driving process improvements, optimizing production efficiency, and implementing new manufacturing technologies. You will be responsible for analyzing existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing and implementing solutions to increase output, reduce waste, and improve product quality. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and automation is essential. You should be proficient in CAD/CAM software and have experience with various manufacturing techniques and equipment. Responsibilities include designing and validating new manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with R&D, quality assurance, and operations teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required to effectively work with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.
