Our client, a leader in the advanced manufacturing sector, is looking for a highly innovative and skilled Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility in **Denver, Colorado, US**. This role is crucial in developing and implementing next-generation manufacturing processes, focusing on automation, robotics, and cutting-edge production techniques. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, improving product quality, and driving cost reductions through technological innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, automation systems, and a passion for shaping the future of manufacturing.

Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing systems and production lines. Develop and integrate robotics solutions for various manufacturing processes. Lead projects focused on introducing new manufacturing technologies, such as additive manufacturing or advanced material processing. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, quality, operations) to ensure successful product and process integration. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct feasibility studies for new manufacturing technologies and equipment. Manage vendor relationships for equipment procurement and technical support. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Train production staff on new processes and equipment. Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing environments. Proven experience with PLC programming, industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA), and automation systems integration. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with CAD/CAM software and simulation tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies. This hybrid position allows for a blend of on-site engagement essential for hands-on process development and the flexibility of remote work for analysis and reporting.
