Our client, a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their cutting-edge facility in Dallas, Texas, US . This is a critical on-site role where you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing next-generation manufacturing processes. You will leverage your expertise in automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing technologies to drive efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce production costs. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize advanced manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, additive manufacturing (3D printing), and CNC machining. Lead projects focused on implementing Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and data analytics, to enhance manufacturing operations. Collaborate with R&D, product design, and quality assurance teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and materials. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions. Conduct process capability studies, performance analyses, and validation testing. Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and tooling to improve efficiency and capabilities. Train and mentor production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving lean manufacturing principles and best practices. Manage capital equipment projects, from justification and procurement to installation and commissioning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on process engineering and automation. Demonstrated expertise in areas such as robotics programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA), PLC programming, CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam), and simulation tools. Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing technologies (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS) and metal fabrication processes. Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their practical application in manufacturing. Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to work on-site in Dallas, Texas, US . This role demands a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to innovation within our manufacturing operations.
