About the position

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies that enhance productivity and improve product quality. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: New Hires will report onsite M-F for the first 90 days. In this role, you will impact our operational performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in the market by leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
