Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement manufacturing best practices
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with process documentation and production support activities
  • Proficiency with manufacturing tools and software such as CAD, ERP systems, or statistical process control tools

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
