Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, software developers, and production personnel, to define system requirements and specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews for new robotic automation projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures. Train production and maintenance staff on the operation and upkeep of robotic systems. Stay current with emerging technologies and advancements in robotics, AI, and automation. Ensure all robotic systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in robotics engineering, with a focus on industrial automation. Proficiency in robot programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, ROS) and simulation software. Strong knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, control systems, and AI/machine learning for robotics. Experience with industrial robot brands (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, ABB) and PLCs. Familiarity with CAD software and electrical schematics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Strong project management and communication abilities.
