Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Robotics Manufacturing Engineer for their state-of-the-art facility in **Denver, Colorado, US**. This role is integral to the design, implementation, and optimization of robotic systems and automated production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, automation, and robotics, with a passion for driving innovation in manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in improving efficiency, quality, and safety within our production environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robotic systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Program, test, and troubleshoot industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB). Develop and maintain PLC code for automation equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to define automation requirements and specifications. Optimize existing automated systems to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and operating procedures. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new automation projects. Train production personnel on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment. Stay current with advancements in robotics, automation technology, and manufacturing best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to robotic and automated systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on robotics and automation. Proficiency in programming and operating major industrial robot brands. Strong understanding of PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanical design. Knowledge of sensor technologies, vision systems, and control systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
