Role Description

The Aftersales Engineer, Energy Storage Systems role is a full-time, remote position, our office is located in the Bay Area. As an Aftersales Engineer, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for energy storage systems, diagnose and resolve system issues, and engage in system upgrades and optimizations. Your role will also include developing and implementing solutions to enhance system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Possess expertise in Systems Engineering and Systems Design, with the ability to architect and implement efficient energy storage solutions.
• Demonstrate strong Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in System Administration and Technical Support to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of energy storage systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in energy storage systems, battery technologies, or renewable energy solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Madarin is a plus
• Travel Required up to 70%

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $150,000 based on experience
