Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-driven agents used in live production environments across enterprise use cases
- Own the full lifecycle of agent development from initial concept through to deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and contribute to future roadmap direction
- Develop reusable frameworks and approaches that can be adapted across industries and use cases
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling production grade software or AI driven systems
- Strong problem-solving ability in dynamic, fast-evolving technical environments
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
- Clear communication skills across both technical and non technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
