We’re hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to build next-generation AI systems that go beyond prompts,
designing intelligent, autonomous agents using cutting-edge LLM frameworks and AWS-native tooling.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll be building real-world agentic AI products, not just prototypes, in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and build agentic AI systems using LLMs and advanced reasoning frameworks
- Develop serverless AI architectures on AWS, leveraging Bedrock AgentCore (Memory, Gateway, Runtime, etc.)
- Orchestrate multi-agent workflows and deploy via Lambda/EKS
- Implement A2A / MCP integrations and API-driven communication layers
- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models
- Instrument and monitor systems using CloudWatch (metrics, tracing, observability)
- Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.)
- Solid Python + AI/ML framework experience
- Deep knowledge of LLMs (prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation)
- Experience with AWS (Bedrock preferred)
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
💡 Bonus Experience
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or M365 Copilot
- Experience with agent observability, governance, and AI guardrails
- Working in enterprise / financial services environments
