  • Design and maintain trusted data models for core financial metrics such as ACV, ARR, billings, revenue recognition, and cost allocation.
  • Develop and govern dbt data pipelines with data integrity standards and SLAs for Finance and Accounting.
  • Build and optimize dashboards that provide real-time, self-serve insights on revenue, expenses, budget variance, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Create scalable self-service datasets in Looker and Omni to reduce ad-hoc requests and manual reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance and data partners to define the AI Business Context layer for financial use cases.
  • Develop tools for natural language access to financial data and AI-assisted reporting.
  • Design AI-powered workflows that surface patterns, anomalies, and meaningful changes in financial data proactively.
  • Serve as the primary data partner for FP&A, Accounting, and Finance leadership on strategic analysis and decision-making.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations through dashboards, memos, and presentations.
  • Drive cross-functional adoption of analytics and AI tooling by onboarding users, answering questions, triaging issues, and training teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience with AI tooling and LLMs such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Manus.
  • Strong ability to validate query logic and troubleshoot data issues independently.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for documenting business logic and context clearly.
  • Detail-oriented approach with financial rigor and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Business curiosity and interest in how revenue, sales, and key metrics work.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and own workstreams end-to-end from scoping through iteration.
