We are looking for AI Copilot Engineers with hands-on experience in AI agent development.
JD below:
- Strong hands-on experience building AI agents/copilots in production or advanced prototypes (not just prompt writing).
- Proven ability to work independently: self-driven, proactive, and able to operate with ambiguity.
- SME-level ownership: can think through multiple approaches, tradeoffs, constraints, and execute the best path.
- Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration, such as:
- LangChain / LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Assistants-style tool calling, or comparable.
- Experience with RAG and grounding:
- Vector databases, hybrid search, chunking strategies, metadata filtering, reranking, citations.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals:
- API design, data structures, error handling, concurrency, testing, performance tuning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Experience integrating with tools/APIs and building secure services (auth, secrets management, access controls).
- Excellent communication—able to explain complex concepts and influence decisions across technical/non-technical stakeholders.
