We need a talented and curious individual who can challenge the way that our teams work and push the boundaries of product design at Tuncarp.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

AI doesn't just create quality content or designs by itself. It needs to be guided and coached in order to get outputs that align with the needs of business users and the customer. Prompt Engineers are key to getting the best out of AI and will be the main driver of this AI revolution.

You need to have a deep understanding of how various AI systems work to be able to write commands that guide the AI in creating content or designs and evolve in an iterative manner to generate the best output. You will need to be curious, flexible and willing to experiment. Design industry knowledge across strategy, design and content is essential so that you can anticipate the needs and expectations of our clients.

We also want AI experts to help optimise the ways that our teams work across the agency and optimise AI design operations withing the agency.

• Write clear and concise commands for AI systems to create copy and designs for digital products
• Research the latest AI tools relevant to design agencies and explore use cases at Tuncarp
• Conduct market research with AI tools
• Understand Claude, Claude Design, MCPs & MDFs
• Work with the Strategy and UX team to define the digital strategy for our clients
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the design and content design process
• Work closely with the design and copywriting teams to ensure that the AI-generated content meets client expectations
• Conduct trainings internally to help the team understand the power of AI and how it can accelerate the way that they work
• Introduce AI workflows in the design team across research, design, video, and content production.

REPONSIBILITIES

• 2-3 years experience in the digital space (agency background a plus)
• Fascinated by AI
• Advanced communication skills
• Skilled presenter
• Detailed orientated
• Strong grasp of the digital landscape and technology
• Examples of your writing that showcase your projects so far
