Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with Care Operations and Voice of the Customer teams to enhance strategies with actionable insights
Utilize AI and Machine Learning tools to analyze customer interactions and deliver structured insights
Create frameworks for leveraging AI insights across the organization to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a data-intensive environment such as Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data schemas
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analyzing unstructured data
Extensive experience with BI tools for creating dashboards and visualizations
Familiarity with foundational data science concepts and their application to business problems
