Our Decision Science experts utilize industry and functional knowledge along with cutting-edge AI to reimagine processes, focusing on maximizing efficiency and driving growth. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive data science projects, using advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to build impactful decision-making systems. This position requires a mix of technical know-how, strategic foresight, and leadership skills to align innovative solutions with Accenture's mission to create 360° value for clients.

As an AI & Data Decision Science Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation of Data Science, AI, and Analytics initiatives.
• Managing teams located both onshore and offshore across Data Science & Machine Learning domains.
• Bridging gaps between business and technical areas for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with business and analytics stakeholders.
• Driving the sales process and crafting solutions for opportunities related to Data Science & Machine Learning.
• Tailoring Data Science and AI models to address specific business challenges within various industries.
• Collaborating across our networks, partnering with strategic and tech teams during both sales and delivery processes.
• Nurturing talent in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI within the organization.
• Identifying AI applications within an industry by understanding organizational needs, developing business cases, and creating transformation roadmaps.
• Advising organizations on the adoption of ethical AI solutions, including user training and results tracking.

Travel requirements may reach up to 80% based on client needs.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related area.
• Over 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing frameworks and models that drive insights.
• Significant consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Proven capability to lead diverse teams while meeting project timelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Proven record of successful delivery of AI or data science projects.
• Excellent communication and program management abilities, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English is required.
