Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with hands-on experience in AI tools and frameworks to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance both our academic offerings and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with faculty, IT teams, and external partners to create impactful AI technologies tailored for education and business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI models and systems aligned with LCBS’s strategic goals.

• Work with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.

• Collaborate with educators and administrative teams to integrate AI-powered tools into curricula and services.

• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI applications.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and best practices to continually improve solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI development and deployment.

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).

• Strong programming skills, especially in Python.

• Understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and validation.

• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or educational AI applications.

• Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
