AI Engineer (Copilot) - ONLY W2

Duties/Day to Day Overview

• Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
• Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
• Work hands‑on with Azure foundations supporting agents
• Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
• Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
• Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical teams
• Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
• Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post‑launch
• Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
• Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
• Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting

(Must haves)

• Copilot Studio agent creation (not just Copilot Chat)
• Strong Power Platform foundation
• “If you don’t know Power Platform, you cannot build it.”
• Hands‑on Azure experience
• Azure backend / foundations used in this chatbot
• Chatbot build experience with real examples
• Support & troubleshooting mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be hands‑on (“worker bee”)
