AI Engineer, Financial Institution, 35k

Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking an AI Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of backend and frontend components, support AI service deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems.

Assist in deploying, operating, and maintaining AI services within containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support the development, integration, and rollout of AI solutions, providing technical input and following best practices.

Build and maintain frontend components for internal AI applications as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering.

Practical experience with DevOps/MLOps practices in enterprise environments .

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

Good command of spoken Chinese and English

Experience in frontend development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).

Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including agent-based architectures, RAG, MCP
