Role: AI Engineer (GenAI)
Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid with 4 days office in a week)
Duration: Fulltime Opportunity
Note: Final Interview will be in-person/ Face to Face.
Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in building Deep Learning or Machine Learning models.
- In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Ability to serve as the primary contributor in developing Generative AI solutions, while guiding the team on best practices and conducting code reviews.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Information Extraction.
- Familiarity with Embeddings, Re-rankers, and agentic frameworks.
- Knowledge of Inferencing, fine-tuning, and model architectures.
- Extensive experience in building end-to-end AI Operations, including experimentation, model evaluations, and model monitoring.
- Solid understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures.
- Knowledge of distributed computing.
