We’re hiring a Java + AI Engineer to build and deploy real-world Generative AI solutions at scale.
This isn’t a research role, this is about taking GenAI from concept → production, working on LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation across a large enterprise environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing & building LLM-powered applications (RAG, agents, embeddings)
- Turning business problems into production-ready AI solutions
- Developing scalable APIs & microservices to integrate AI into enterprise systems
- Driving LLMOps / MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, governance, observability)
- Collaborating across Data, Product, and Cloud teams
- Ensuring Responsible AI, security, and compliance by design
What we’re looking for
- 4–8+ years in Software Engineering / AI / ML Engineering
- Strong Java background (must-have)
- Hands-on with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agents)
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL + data pipelines
- Cloud experience (GCP preferred | AWS/Azure welcome)
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication & stakeholder skills
