Full Stack Applied AI Engineer | OpenAI Partner | £80k-£135k + Equity + Benefits (depending on experience and impact) | London (Hybrid - typically 1-2 days/week, max 3)

You'll design and build end-to-end AI solutions, working with technologies like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Pydantic, and modern OpenAI GPT and Claude models, developing scalable microservices, APIs, and data pipelines that power intelligent systems and chatbots in production environments.

You'll be building and deploying AI-powered applications and agentic systems, developing robust software architecture across microservices and distributed systems, and implementing CI/CD, testing, and quality assurance frameworks to ensure performance and reliability of LLM-based solutions. Working closely with AI Engineers, product teams, and stakeholders, you'll solve complex technical problems across system design, scalability, and performance, contributing to high-impact AI solutions delivered in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

They're looking for engineers with strong foundations in software development, ideally with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and an understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and scalable system design. You may already have hands-on experience building and deploying LLM or AI solutions in production, or be developing that experience through projects and practical application, but you'll have a clear interest in AI Engineering and Generative AI. Experience with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, async processing, and working with modern LLM frameworks is highly desirable. You'll bring strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability-or ambition-to design and build end-to-end AI systems.
