  • Utilize expertise with Claude Code in training sessions
  • Leverage previous hands-on development experience to guide and mentor staff

  • Assess and address skill gaps within the development team
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs
