The Role

We're hiring an AI Engineering Lead to own all technical development across our platform. You'll join a small, focused team with full autonomy over architecture, delivery, and infrastructure. This is a ground-up build with equity participation — ideal for someone who's done this before and wants to do it again with real purpose behind it.

What We're Looking For

A self-starter with a builder's mindset and experience in early-stage environments. You take ownership, communicate proactively, and deliver with accountability and precision. If you've never worked where the runway is short and the ambition is large, this isn't for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all technical architecture, development, and deployment.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM systems into production.
• Design analytics, intelligence, and conversational AI products.
• Architect persistent memory and state management for AI-driven products.
• Scale platform infrastructure — auth, access control, workflows, DevOps.
• Shape product direction alongside the founding team.
• Grow and lead the engineering function over time.

What You Bring

• 5+ years building and owning production systems end to end.
• Strong full-stack experience with modern frameworks.
• Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs — not theoretical, in production. This includes prompt engineering, model orchestration, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI architectures, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and security.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and multi-user systems.
• Clear communicator who works well with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Background in fintech, venture tech, or startup ecosystem tooling.
• Experience building autonomous AI agents or dialogue-based assessment systems.
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks.
• Previous technical leadership in an early-stage company.

Compensation
