Position Overview

In this role you will utilize skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems while building strong client relationships and advancing your technical and leadership capabilities.

- Build GenAI and AI solutions, including model development, prompt engineering, programming (e.g., Python), testing, integration, and iterative development with clients.
- Document and analyze business processes for AI and Generative AI opportunities, from requirements gathering to solution design.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems and select appropriate analytical models and approaches.
- Design AI/GenAI architectures for plugin-based or custom application builds.
- Process structured and unstructured data to provide context for large language models (LLMs).
- Manage daily operations of global data and analytics teams, review developed models, and provide constructive feedback.
- Direct data engineers and data scientists to deliver efficient solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead and contribute to the development of proofs of concept, pilots, and production use cases in cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and facilitate client presentations and communicate technical findings effectively.
- Coach, provide feedback, and guide associates to ensure high work performance.
- Manage AI/GenAI application development teams for both back-end and front-end integrations.
- Utilize Python (e.g., Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras), LLM frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Semantic Kernel), and relational/non-relational storage systems.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization, vectorization, embedding, and prompt engineering.
- Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and modern development practices such as Git version control and CI/CD.

- Minimum of 4 years of related experience

- Compensation: $77,000 - $202,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus
