Job Description

You will design and deploy production-grade AI agents that revolutionize venture capital operations. Reporting to former Meta and Google leadership, you'll build infrastructure to automate deal sourcing, portfolio support, and internal workflows. This is a rare opportunity to define the AI roadmap for a firm tracking 650M employees through proprietary data systems.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Embed with Talent, Marketing, and Data teams to act as an internal AI consultant, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize the backend infrastructure (Python, AWS/Azure) that powers the firm's core data-driven investment platform.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 5-7+ years of senior software engineering experience with a mastery of backend Python and clean, production-ready code.
• Demonstrates hands-on experience deploying LLMs and agentic frameworks in real-world production environments, not just prototypes.
• Thrives in high-ambiguity environments and possesses the communication skills to consult with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
