Role Overview
This role will be responsible for building and implementing AI-driven integrations across client systems, with a primary focus on ERP integrations. This position will support clients by connecting AI capabilities into their existing systems, enabling automation, improving workflows, and enhancing data utilization.
In addition to technical execution, this role involves identifying operational challenges within client systems and developing practical, scalable solutions to address them.
This engineer will work closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to understand system architecture, business workflows, and integration needs, delivering solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with client objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between AI solutions and ERP systems such as NetSuite, ADP, and other enterprise platforms.
- Analyze system architecture and business workflows to identify integration opportunities and solve operational inefficiencies.
- Build and maintain APIs, connectors, and middleware to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
- Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment throughout implementation.
- Support end-to-end implementation, including development, testing, deployment, and optimization with a focus on delivering reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all integrated systems.
- Document integration processes, system configurations, and technical decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working with ERP systems, such as NetSuite and/or ADP.
- Strong background in system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.
- Experience implementing or working with AI/automation tools within business environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges through technology.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, execution-focused environments.
- Solid understanding of data structures, data flows, and system architecture.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Experience working in client-facing or cross-functional environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for integrations (JavaScript, Python, SuiteScript).
