AI Lead​/Advanced Analytics

Position: AI Lead / Advanced Analytics | 1 Year |

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. This role will lead AI initiatives, manage a team of engineers and data scientists, and align AI capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, from problem definition to deployment and optimization
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists
• Establish best practices for model development, validation, and deployment (MLOps)
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies to drive innovation
• Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (PhD is a plus)
• 2–3+ years of experience in AI/ML
• Strong hands‑on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
• Proficiency in Python and data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
