• AI & GenAI: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, predictive analytics.
• AWS Cloud: AWS architecture, VPC, Lambda, S3, SageMaker, Redshift, Glue, Bedrock, EKS.
• AI Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, AI/ML model development.
• Cloud Architecture & Governance: Serverless architecture, AWS best practices, cloud governance, scalable solutions.
• AI Security & Compliance: IAM, GuardDuty, data privacy, AI security, governance, compliance.
• Enterprise AI Delivery: PoC to production, enterprise AI implementation, scalable AI deployment.
• CX & Intelligent Solutions: Customer experience solutions, AI-driven business transformation, intelligent automation.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Technical leadership, client advisory, cross-functional collaboration, AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scalable AI/ML and GenAI solution architecture initiatives.
• Define AWS cloud architecture and governance standards for AI platforms.
• Implement AI security, compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
• Drive enterprise AI programs from PoC through production deployment.
• Act as AI champion and advisor for CX-focused intelligent solutions.
