As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer Manager Consultant, you will:
- Lead workstream delivery, ensuring effective management of processes and projects.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
- Manage and supervise professional teams delivering complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
- Engage actively with clients, participating in daily working sessions from planning through execution to closure.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
To be successful, you will need a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills:
- Continually deliver quality client services focusing on complex and specialized issues surrounding emerging technology.
- Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge while effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
- Lead teams effectively and manage change within the organization.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) is required.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
- 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
- Strong skills in Python and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in diverse and global teams.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining high-impact AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform, and proficient in Generative AI models and frameworks.
