ROLE OVERVIEW
R Systems International is seeking an AI/ML Analytics & Automation Engineer to design and optimize AI/ML models that enhance decision-making capabilities for our clients. This role involves creating scalable solutions, managing data pipelines, and integrating advanced analytics into business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and the ability to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing, improving customer interactions and automating content generation. Staying updated on LLM advancements to innovate solutions that align with business goals is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models to enhance business decision-making capabilities.
- Create scalable solutions and manage data pipelines for AI and analytics workloads.
- Integrate advanced analytics into business processes, translating analytical insights into operational impact.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing, customer interaction improvements, and content generation automation.
- Stay current on LLM advancements and innovate solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Develop and implement robust prompting strategies and validate AI model outputs for accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior analysts on AI/ML practices and model development standards.
- Apply critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative, scalable AI solutions.
- Manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Strong proficiency in machine learning and data engineering.
- Expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python or R; advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Robust prompting strategies and results validation experience.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience & Education
- 8 years of working experience in data, analytics, AI/ML, or development.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred. GOOD TO HAVE (NON-BLOCKING) • Call Center or Telecommunication/Cable industry experience.
- Agile methodology experience.
- React and interface development experience.
- Experience in sentiment analysis and text analytics.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools.
- Understanding of AI model interpretability and explainability.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations related to AI.
- Experience with Graph Analytics, NLP advances, Explainable AI (XAI), and AutoML
