What You’ll Do

As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll architect and deploy intelligent systems that power our financial and risk applications. You’ll work at the intersection of finance, regulation, and machine learning—solving complex problems with robust and scalable solutions fast for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise ML models for securities and derivatives pricing.
• Develop NLP pipelines for document parsing, entity recognition, and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production systems.
• Implement experimentation, model evaluation, and A/B testing to drive performance improvements.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML, fintech, and regtech—and bring new ideas to the table.
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
• Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Hugging Face).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Fair problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Bonus Points

• CQF certification
• Experience with graph‑based models or time‑series forecasting
• Understanding of financial securities and derivatives
• Exposure to financial instrument risk‑based pricing (e.g., Black‑Scholes, Greeks, VaR)
• Other certifications such as CFA / FRM would be an asset
• Team‑player attitude
• Open to travel
