Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in the Life Sciences domain to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on leveraging advanced machine learning and AI techniques to generate actionable patient insights and support data-driven decision-making in healthcare and clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to Life Sciences and healthcare data.
- Analyze large-scale patient datasets to derive meaningful insights and trends.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to improve patient outcomes and treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Develop data pipelines and workflows for patient data processing and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.
- Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
- Experience working within the Life Sciences / Healthcare domain is mandatory.
- Proven ability to generate patient insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
