Job Description

Join our team as a lead in AI/ML, working remotely in a full-time capacity. You will spearhead the development of AI and machine learning practices on a strategic data platform, combining technical leadership with hands‑on architecture. This role involves cross‑product coordination and practical delivery, leveraging technologies like cloud platforms and machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and establish AI and data strategies to build capabilities for product teams.

• Architect platforms for AI features across multiple products, including ML pipelines and model deployment.

• Guide product teams on AI feasibility, data structuring, and decision‑making between ML and simpler approaches.

• Present technical strategies to executives and translate business problems into technical requirements.

• Collaborate globally to capture and prioritize AI and data needs, ensuring delivery through shared patterns.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in data engineering, ML engineering, or hybrid AI/data roles with production experience.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud platforms and machine learning frameworks.

• Proven ability to translate business problems into pragmatic AI/ML solutions.

• Experience working across multiple product teams or engineering organizations.
