AI Multi-modal Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multimodal algorithmic models, including model selection for vision and language, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and optimization.
• Contribute to applying multimodal models in the agent domain; build the next-generation end-to-end multi-agent system.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with the principles and architectures of mainstream LLM/VLM/VLA/Reinforcement Learning technologies.
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, or productionizing large models at various stages is a plus.
• Publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR, ACM, or IEEE Transactions are preferred.
