We are partnering with a fast-growing global consumer tech platform to hire an AI-Native Engineering Quality & Efficiency Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered software delivery and quality systems.
This is NOT a traditional QA role.

You will work on
✅ LLM-powered engineering workflows
✅ AI test generation & defect analysis
✅ Agent / RAG based engineering tools

✅ Engineering efficiency platforms at global scale
Ideal background
- Strong coding skills (Python / Go / Java / TypeScript / C++)
- Experience in QA, SDET, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Engineering Productivity
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, AI tooling, prompt engineering, automation frameworks, or intelligent operations systems
- Passion for improving developer experience and scaling engineering quality through AI
Preferred
- Experience with international products, Trust & Safety, compliance, or content platforms
- Familiarity with AI agents, RAG, model evaluation, workflow automation, or observability systems
Due to collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and documentation across regional teams, Mandarin communication capability is beneficial for this role.
