Job Description

Title: AI Native Engineers (Senior / Lead IC)

We're looking for hands-on AI Engineers with strong experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/LLM systems in enterprise environments.

Must Have:

  • 8–10+ years in software engineering
  • Production experience with LLMs, RAG, Agents, orchestration
  • Strong coding skills (Python/Java)
  • Cloud-native development (Microservices, Docker/K8s, CI/CD, IaC)
  • Experience with monitoring, performance & debugging

Role Focus:

Design, build, and scale AI-driven applications, integrate with platforms like OpenAI/Vertex, and deliver reliable, production-ready systems.
