Job Description

As the first GTM Engineer, you will architect the automated systems powering the revenue engine for a high-growth AI observability platform. You will bridge the gap between engineering and sales, building intelligent agentic workflows, complex data enrichment pipelines, and signal-driven outbound experiments to scale qualified pipeline for a team with multiple $100M+ exits.

What You Will Do

• Design and deploy intelligent AI agents and automated nurture sequences that replace manual prospecting with smart, signal-driven workflows.
• Build and maintain complex data enrichment waterfalls and sync architectures using APIs, webhooks, and Python/SQL to ensure absolute data integrity.
• Execute and A/B test differentiated outbound campaigns, rapidly scaling winning experiments into predictable revenue-generating machines.

The ideal candidate

• 1-3+ years of experience in a technical GTM, SDR, or Engineering role at a fast-paced AI-native or B2B startup.
• Highly proficient with modern GTM tools like Clay, Zapier/n8n, and data scrapers, with the ability to write custom code when no-code tools fail.
• A self-starting "manager of one" who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable defending technical architecture decisions directly to customers.
