AI-NATIVE GTM LEAD

Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)

Compensation: $140K–$260K total annual compensation

We’re growing extremely quickly, added $1M ARR in 30 days.

We are now looking for a AI-Native GTM Lead to help build and scale our outbound engine from the ground up.

The Role

This is an outbound role. Your job is to build pipeline — finding the right people, getting in front of them, and booking meetings that turn into revenue.

You'll use AI to move faster and smarter than a traditional BDR ever could. If you understand how content drives inbound and can leverage it in your outbound motion, even better.

What You'll Do

  • Own outbound pipeline generation end to end — prospecting, outreach, and booking
  • Build and run AI-powered sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and target the right ICP with precision — quality over volume
  • Use content as a lever for outbound — engage with what's already working and turn warm signals into conversations
  • Iterate fast on messaging, targeting, and channels based on what's converting
  • Connect every motion back to booked meetings and pipeline

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions.
