The Role & Landscape:
- You will design, develop, and maintain the client's cutting-edge AI infrastructure and platforms.
- You will be responsible for creating scalable solutions that enable data scientists to perform research and AI engineers to develop and deploy AI applications.
- Your role will involve working with state-of-the-art AI technologies and ensuring their seamless integration into existing enterprise systems.
- Lead and support a small team of engineers to design and implement scalable AI platform architectures, leveraging either on-premise or cloud-native technologies.
- Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices to fundamentally streamline the AI development lifecycle.
- Collaborate heavily with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to optimize model performance and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for modern AI platforms.
- Conduct proof-of-concept projects for emerging AI technologies and platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI platform capabilities with overarching business requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- A university degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML platform development, paired with a strong background in software engineering.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and technologies (e.g., RAG pipelines, LoRA, Harness Engineering).
- Proven hands-on experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of AI platforms or data platforms utilizing GPU infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex AI systems.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices for AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills and data-driven thinking capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience in scripting (Python, SQL, Bash, Powershell) and infrastructure (Docker, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern AI platforms (Jupyter, MLFlow, Ray, vLLM, Weaviate, Dify) and working with AI models (Gemma, Deepseek, Qwen, GLM).
- Experience in working in an international team, with a solid grounding in financial services, is a plus.
