Products are conceived, built, and shipped in focused sprints inside companies that already have customers, go-to-market, and infrastructure in place.

ℹ️ Important Notes Before You Apply

• This is a hands-on engineering role

not suitable for pure ML engineers, data scientists, or non-coding profiles

• You must be comfortable owning the full product lifecycle: ideation → build → ship → iterate

• Some direct interaction with senior stakeholders and customers is required

• High autonomy is the default - you'll be expected to create specs, not wait for them

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience across backend, frontend, and infrastructure

• Recent, hands-on experience shipping customer-facing AI products - LLMs, agentic frameworks, or RAG - in the last 1–2 years

• Strong Python backend - FastAPI preferred

• React and TypeScript on the frontend

• Cloud infrastructure exposure (K8s, AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Startup or high-growth scale-up experience - fast pace, high ownership, 0→1 delivery track record

• Proven ability to ship at scale and work directly with customers or senior stakeholders

• Strong communication skills - you'll interface with senior leaders across multiple businesses

Bonus Experience

• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments

• Past founding engineer or early-stage technical founder

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex organisations

• Open-source contributions in AI or engineering tooling

What You'll Be Doing

Product Engineering

• Own end-to-end development of production AI systems - from early concept to live customers

• Build customer-facing AI applications across a range of high-growth B2B SaaS businesses

• Work across the full stack: infra, backend, and frontend - whatever the product needs

AI Development

• Build and ship AI products using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and RAG architectures

• Develop reusable tooling and infrastructure to accelerate future product builds

• Continuously improve reliability, performance, and capability of live AI systems

Collaboration & Iteration

• Work closely with senior leadership, customers, and internal engineering teams

• Translate real-world user and business problems into product and technical direction

• Feed insights from the field directly back into product evolution and roadmap decisions
