AI Research Scientist - Machine Learning

Our client, a cutting-edge AI startup, is looking for a brilliant and passionate AI Research Scientist specializing in Machine Learning to join their fully remote team. As an AI Research Scientist, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms. Your responsibilities will include conducting theoretical research, building and training deep learning models, and evaluating their performance on large-scale datasets. You will stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML, actively participating in the research community through publications and conference presentations. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and researchers to translate research findings into practical applications and product features. Key tasks involve data preprocessing, feature engineering, model optimization, and deployment strategies for AI solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of various ML paradigms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, as well as expertise in deep neural networks.

We seek candidates with a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Proven track record of research and publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals is highly desirable. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras are mandatory. Expertise in areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a significant advantage. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential. As this is a fully remote position, you must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and possess excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
