Our client seeks an AI Software Engineer to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions that enhance engineering productivity and operational effectiveness. The role will build agentic workflows, integrate LLMs, and implement orchestration for multi-agent systems within an agile squad. The engineer will contribute to secure, scalable applications and uphold enterprise governance standards while collaborating across teams.

Rate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
- Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Java 17 or higher.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or software engineering roles.
- Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languages.
- Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- AWS experience (preferred).
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
