Our client seeks an AI Software Engineer to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions that enhance engineering productivity and operational effectiveness. The role will build agentic workflows, integrate LLMs, and implement orchestration for multi-agent systems within an agile squad. The engineer will contribute to secure, scalable applications and uphold enterprise governance standards while collaborating across teams.

Rate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
  • Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with Java 17 or higher.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or software engineering roles.
  • Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languages.
  • Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • AWS experience (preferred).

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
